Your personal health record (or one that you maintain for a loved one) is a secure, central repository of your medical history and provides critical information in time of need. Timing is of the essence in emergency situations, and your personal health record in combination with our 24-Hour Emergency Response contact center is the perfect combination for peace of mind.

The MedicAlert personal health record system enables the member to easily edit and maintain all of their personal information, emergency contacts, physician and provider contacts, medications, dosages,and any devices, all in one secure central location.
