MedicAlert to Offer Personal Health Records to Medicare Beneficiaries in Partnership with Arcadian Health Plan
TURLOCK, Calif., Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MedicAlert, a pioneer in medical emergency information services, will provide Personal Health Records to Medicare beneficiaries in partnership with Arcadian Health Plan, Inc., a leading provider of Medicare Advantage health plans for Medicare beneficiaries. At this time, members in select benefit plans across all 16 market areas served by Arcadian's locally operated Medicare health plans will be eligible to receive the MedicAlert service. Through this program, all eligible members will receive a free MedicAlert membership that includes a Personal Health Record (PHR) maintained in a secure database, emergency member wallet card, and the 24-hour Emergency Response and Family Notification services. Eligible members will need to contact MedicAlert Foundation and activate their membership to receive this exclusive offer.
