MedicAlert® Technology

eCommerce

The MedicAlert Web site now provides our members with full eCommerce capabilities. Existing members use the site more and more and "all electronic" memberships are on the rise. Our eCommerce capability now allows much greater flexibility and enables our members to manage their information easily. MedicAlert's strategy is to move more capabilities to the Web site to improve usability and access for members and to broaden the reach of our life-saving services.

Our eCommerce strategy is focused on our members' requirements and feedback. We solicit and receive extensive input from the people who use the site, and this drives our ability to exploit existing and emerging technologies on the Web. We are continually improving the quantity and quality of information that our members can easily store in their Personal Health Record (PHR). In addition, all of the services and products offered by MedicAlert are available via the Web site, so that our members can complete all of their business transactions online.
